Manager & Leader Development

The Challenge

The CEO wanted to get everyone on the same page and elevate the skills and abilities of the management teams. The organization grew quickly and never offered formal training for their managers and leaders.

With leadership in various locations around the country and in many different roles, they needed something that was accessible for all of their managers.

The Solution

I created a blended developmental experience designed to examine organizational expectations and practice key management skills. With leadership in various locations around the country and in many different roles, they needed it to applicable and accommodating for all managers.

The Results

After the first round, the Board and C-suite requested every single manager participate in the program over the next five years because they saw immediate and positive results with better communication, coaching, performance management, delegation skills, and more. In fact, participants and their supervisors consistently agree the program is valuable and worth the time.

Client Testimonials

What do participants want the CEO to know about the program?

“The resources and experiences are literally life changing. Without question, I am a much better equipped leader after completing this program and motivated to continue my learning.”

“The lessons learned in ME make the entire organization better & have exponential positive effects on all teams."

“There are some who benefited from this more then others because some were already very experienced and educated. However, even the experienced ones surely learned from it. The org hires people out of incarceration with no education.  It is an opportunity many previously incarcerated people could not even have ever imagined. The difficult piece is many of us are brought out of prison placed in meetings and teams with accomplished leaders with Phd's and Masters degrees while we try to fit in with our GED's and life experiences.  Even though it has proven to be a great balance for the kind of work we do, it can be overwhelming and cause feelings of inadequacy. With this Management Excellence course I have learned more in one year about being a professional then I have in a life time. I believe an organization that operates with the value system here has an obligation to develop their employees to be their best. Learning is an individual responsibility no doubt, however sometimes you don't know what you don't know. Management Excellence's develops people who develop people. In my opinion, it is absolutely necessary.”
